Spring Clean Up
This package includes-
- Blowing off patios and entrances
-Pick up of all debris in parking lots and driveways, landscaping, and lawns
-Locating areas in the lawn that require attention
Lawn Maintenance (April 2nd- September 30th)
- Mowing of the lawn
-Trimming near trees, buildings, and fences
-Blowing off the sidewalks, entrances, and patios
-Removal of any debris (garbage, branches, and ect. )
-Taking care of weeds(billed separately at the beginning of season)
Fall Lawn Maintenance (October 1st- November 3rd)
-Mowing of the lawn
-Leaves and grass bagged and removed
-Blowing off sidewalks, entrances, and patios
-Removal of any debris (garbage, branches, and ect. )
Winter Services
-Parking lot plowing and salting
-Sidewalk shoveling and salting
-Billing based on amount of snow per incident
Additional Services to fit your needs (billed separately)
-Reseeding, over seeding, and sod replacement
-Additional removal of leaves and debris before April 2nd and after November 3rd
-Edging of lawns and sidewalks
-Trimming and pruning of hedges
-Removal of dead shrubs, and planting of new shrubs
-Sprinkler system blow out
-Fertilizing in spring, summer or fall ( Or all 3 )
-Aerating of the lawn at the end of the season
-Dethatching of lawn
Pricing
Pricing is all dependent on what your needs are as far as lawn care. We will build you a package based on what your needs are. For example- If you would like to go with just basic lawn maintenance from April 2nd to September 30th then we will make a contract for just that. If you want to do all of the services we offer then we will make you a contract including everything. We offer discounts for businesses that refer us to other businesses as well as residential clients that refer us to other residential clients. We also offer discounts based on amount of years signed.
